Buy a tree for a year with one payment of 360$ for ollive tree or 540$ for grapevine, and you will become the owner of the tree, fulfilling all the mitzvot that are dependent on such ownership: donations and tithing, first tithe, second tithe, tithing for the poor, shmita (sabbatical year) – making sure to fulfill every detail, without using a heter mechira sales permit – the burning of unused tithes; the settling of the land, lest it never be left desolate; and the study of Torah above all else!

A farmer will tend to your tree on your behalf. You get a tree, its fruits, and the merit of fulfilling the mitzvot that are dependent on that. The farmer will receive any of the tree’s fruits that remain after the donations and tithes have been allocated, as reward for his labor. After offsetting expenses, the money you pay will be transferred as a donation to the Kochav HaShachar Advanced Yeshiva, enabling you to fulfil the mitzvah of ensuring Torah studies as well!
